Niranjan Hiranandani is a prominent Indian real estate tycoon and the co-founder and Managing Director of the Hiranandani Group, a leading real estate company in India. He was born on 8 March 1950 in Mumbai, India.  He has an overall wealth of INR 22, 250 crore.

Basant Bansal and family

M3M Group Founder and Chairman Basant Bansal and his family are included in the Grohe-Hurun India Real Estate List 2021 and are inevitably touted as one of India’s richest property developers. According to city rankings, the company is first in Gurgaon and second in Delhi, gradually conquering northern India.
